Mark Greubel

A Force in American Kickboxing

Meet Mark Greubel, owner of Greubel’s Mixed Martial Arts in Georgia and Double Jab Fight Co., a premier provider of top-level kickboxing gear. As one of the most respected figures in the world of kickboxing, Mark has dedicated nearly two decades to shaping the sport as a coach, mentor, and champion. His leadership as Head Coach for W.A.K.O. Team USA at the 2022 World Games in Birmingham, AL, and the 2017 World Games in Wroclaw, Poland, underscores his strategic vision in guiding athletes to success on the global stage.

Coaching Excellence
Since 2006, Mark has led the W.A.K.O. United States Team, using his vast experience to train some of the world’s best fighters. His work as a coach includes producing 35 International Kickboxing Federation (IKF) Champions, including the first-ever 6X IKF Champion (J. Greubel) and 7X IKF Champion (N. Key). He has also coached two IKF Triple Crown winners (N. Key and N. Torrance). In recognition of his dedication and impact, Mark was named 2018 W.A.K.O. Kickboxing Coach of the Year.

Mark’s coaching reach extends beyond the United States, having trained U.S. teams in countries such as England, France, Italy, Mexico, Canada, Argentina, Brazil, and many more. As of this 2024 writing, Mark holds the distinction of training more W.A.K.O. United States Medalists than any other coach in America.

A Champion and Mentor
Before transitioning to coaching, Mark had an impressive career in the ring. He is a 2X undefeated United States Kickboxing Champion, the 1997 Georgia State PKC Lightweight Champion, 1999 IKF United States Champion, and the 2000 PKC United States Champion. Additionally, he earned two Gold Medals at the Georgia Games in boxing. His personal experience as a fighter gives him unique insight into the mentality and skill required to reach the highest levels of competition.

Trainer to World-Class Fighters
Mark’s coaching portfolio includes not only kickboxing champions but also elite-level boxers. He has trained Dominique “Lil Jalapeno” Roundtree, a professional boxer, and Justin “JIP” Deloach, the IBF World Boxing Champion. He also served as the assistant coach for Fernando “El Terrible” Bunch and trained professional boxer and kickboxer Zeus Frazier, further cementing his legacy as a coach who shapes champions across multiple combat sports disciplines.
